wir kommen gerne wieder + Perfekte Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar, völlig unkomplizierter Checkin, stets erreichbarer freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr schönes Hausboot ganz zentral in Amsterdam , Geschäfte und Restaurants fussläufig, Parken zum Ein- und Ausladen direkt davor und kostenpflichtig − die Küchenausstattung ist fürs Frühstücken völlig ausreichend. ansonsten eher minimalistisch : wir waren dennoch zufrieden, da man ja in der Regel essen gehen möchte

Great ambience, original concept of living on a house boat. + Original concept, great to be on the canal. − Checkin was delayed and staff was a bit rude and unclear about it. Wasnt clear until 230pm when i can come and check in. Created a bit of last minute stress. Would be great to have an open terrace

Great atmosphere and time spent with family + I loved the location, and the experience of staying on the canal. The houseboat was very clean and relaxing. − I did not like the fact that we had to wait almost 30min to get into the space. I was told to send a message via WhatsApp at 14:30 to gain access. I sent a message 14:40, and received no response. I called and left a message, then another WhatsApp message at 15:04, and finally received a response at 15:21. I’m a very punctual person and would have appreciated if the individual would have just sent me an access message at 14:30 instead of me having to message him, as I was tired and had plans. Other than that, all was very nice. My suggestion in the future would be for the staff to send the access information at check in time instead of having to request it. The money had already been paid, so there should not have been an issue.

Quasi perfetto + Una piacevole esperienza. La casa sul fiume mi mancava. − La struttura a prima vista è di impatto. Ben arredata e ben fornita. Però poi ti accorgi che ci sono alcuni dettagli da sistemare per es asse di legno a terra fronte camera da letto che non è ben fissata a terra. Al prezzo di un 5 stelle si pretende la cura quasi maniacale della struttura. Pur essendo presente un cucinotto mancano i fuochi o piastra ad induzione per cucinare. Ce solo forno a microonde . Per i miei gusti letto troppo morbido

Life on the canal in Amsterdam was so fun + So fun to experience living on a houseboat and lovely museum district with nice restaurants nearby. The trams were easy to get anywhere. − Nothing

Nice ;-) + Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) einige Nächte im Amsterdam HouseBoat und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig und die Betten waren perfekt – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, allerdings wussten wir nicht, ob wir diese benutzen durften. Schade, dass es keine Terrasse oder Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem HouseBoat gibt. Bei mehreren Nächten wären zwischendurch frische Handtücher und eine Müllentsorgung schön gewesen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊🚤

Great and comfy experience in convenient location + Great location and unique experience to sleep in a houseboat on the canal. Plenty of space with all conveniences included. Easy access to city centre with museums and Vondelpark nearby. Would highly recommend!

Disappointed for the money as the property was dated, lacked comfort in the sitting area and the kitchen fell well short + Great location and good communication with host − Dated. Heating wasn’t working throughout the property. No oven or hob in the kitchen, just a microwave.
