Finestre ampie con vista spettacolare sul lago ma camere non all'altezza di un 4 stelle + Direttamente sul lago con una vista spettacolare a tutta parete − Da rivedere l'arredamento, il nostro tavolino era traballante e non i linea con letto e comodini. Vetrata splendida ma molto sporca all'esterno ( e non per la pioggia dei giorni i precedenti) Nel frigo bar nonostante il listino prezzi erano presenti solo 2 bottigliette di acqua ( co.prese nel prezzo) colazione nella norma. Nulla di che. Più un 3 stelle che un 4.

+ Der große Balkon direkt zum See, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel − Das in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer, mit loser Duschstange und einer Malerrolle zum Fenster öffnen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel liegt toll am See, alles andere ist nicht sehr schön. Frühstücksraum überfüllt, Toast angeschimmelt..

Lubię Dezensano to znakomity punt wypadoway i jest stąd blisko do Sirmione. + Śniadania OK. Lokalizacja znakomita, kilka kroków do centrum miasta, spokojne miejsce, ale uwaga, trzeba wybrać pokój z balkonem lub tarasem z widokiem na jezioro. My zmienialiśmy pokój za niewielką dopłatą bo pierwotnie byliśmy z widokiem na ruchliwą ulicę. − Stan świetności ma już chyba za sobą (nie jest nowy), ale na następny pobyt też go chętnie wybiorę.

+ Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Estée um die Generalprobe der Flugshow zu sehen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach genial. Direkt an der Seepromenade und wir konnten vom Hotelpool die Show bestens sehen. Das Exekutive Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber ( obwohl ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen). Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war top mit schönem Seeblick. Auch der Pool war einwandfrei. Wir können das Hotel Estée nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Not great + Good location, courteous staff − Even for Italy this is a mid range 3 star at best, uncomfortable beds, tired bathrooms, old fashioned decor and mediocre breakfast. Value for money was pretty poor the best thing is the location.

Muss ich nicht nochmal haben bei einem 4 Stern Hotel. + Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz ok. Das Personal war auch recht freundlich. Wir durften unseren auch unseren Hund überall mit hin nehmen. − Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde auch nicht mal was repariert, z.B. abgeblättertes Mauerwerk, in unserem Badezimmer statt ein Fenstergriff wurde da einfach ein Farbroller Bügel befestigt. Auf dem Balkon lag ein uralter Kunstrasen. Wenn es windig war hörte man Pfeifgeräusche an den Türen. Das Treppenhaus konnte man auch nicht wirklich benutzen, diente als Ablagestelle. Die Sauberkeit war „ ok“ wir waren 9 Tage dort… es wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob alles ok ist, außer bei der Abreise. ( Konnten se sich auch sparen) Wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Rilassante e piacevole + Mi è piaciuta la pulizia, non solo della stanza, ma anche degli ambienti comuni. Ottima cucina. Personale educato e gentile, le signore addette al rifacimento e pulizia delle stanze, molto professionali e attente. Ottima posizione perché vicinissima al centro e ancor più vicina al Lago, dalla mia stanza sentivo le onde del lago infrangersi sulla riva.
