+ This is not a hotel, fyi. Feels like an airbnb in someone's walk up apartment. There was a terrible smell in my room from the bathroom- moldy. The listing said breakfast was included but it wasn't. As I was driving out of town I was getting messages about not leaving cash in my room for the parking, which was never requested while I was there. Beautiful park across the street, and a good location, though!

+ Nice clean and tidy property, good location,didn’t see any staff was given access codes for front door and then room which was fine. Nice communal area for tea and breakfast cereal / milk / coffee supplied. Aircon in room was a lifesaver as it was a heatwave!

+ If you are looking for a bed and breakfast, keep looking. There is no breakfast included just a shared kitchen. Coffee tea and dried cereal were provided. The balcony could use some tlc. The room itself was good but definitely could have been cleaner. There was layer of dust on the bathroom fan so thick i was scared to turn it on.

+ Small B & B opposite a park and reasonably close to restaurants and cafes. Parking was available for a small fee.

+ L'emplacement face au parc Lafontaine est très agréable. La chambre était calme et confortable, même si je n' ai pas trouvé l'aménagement très pratique (peu de place pour mettre les bagages et salle de bain minuscule). − Je m'attendais à une chambre d'hôtes, autrement dit, un accueil chaleureux et convivial. Hors, l'hébergement fonctionne comme un Airbnb. On a des codes d'accès et on ne voit personne. Un jour, j'ai eu un souci de code d'accès qui a heureusement été résolu par le personnel d'entretien car je n'arrivais pas à joindre les propriétaires. Sur Booking, seule la plus grande chambre est décrite et celle que j'ai obtenue ne correspondait pas au descriptif.

C'était mieux avant + localisation en face du parc − Ancien client de chez François, j'avais apprécié son accueil sympathique et son super petit déjeuner Tout a changé : pas d'accueil et pas de petit déjeuner C'est devenu un vulgaire BnB avec code à la porte

Super séjour confortable et agréable + L'emplacement, un stationnement disponible, propre, confortable, bien équipé, tranquille. − J'aurais apprécié avoir un lavabo pour faire ma vaisselle. La télévision se mettait sur "mute" toute seule quand le frigo arrêtait (ça ne m'a pas dérangé mais j'ai remarqué la chose).

Não recomendo. + Não sei. − Escada grande para subir carregando a mala, box muito pequeno e sujo, varanda com uma vista muito feia. Há uma área comum com micro-ondas, e local para fazer café e chá, com talheres de plástico, mas não havia reposição e acabaram. Impossível admitir que está avaliado com 4 estrelas.

Parque, verde y muy buen jazz!!! + Espaciosa, cómoda, excelente vistas al parque La Fontaine, baños espaciosos, aire acondicionado etc − Estando alojado en el primer piso, las escaleras externas para acceder son difíciles para subir y bajar una maleta grande.

Great location + The location by the park and with good transport links was superb. We liked being able to do our washing. − Our room was on the small side. Not much was provided for breakfast, although there was a discount at a nearby cafe. You need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.
