+ Comfortable beds and useful kitchenette. Nice balcony overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Prescott is a lovely town. − Step up to the bathroom is awkward. Breakfast wasn't worthwhile. Rubbery scrambled eggs. Coffee was brown water.

Nice property great for a mini break + Great location, lots of things to see and places to eat in nearby Prescott, we were passing through so only one night - but would be lovely for a longer break - nice welcoming grounds. − Price was significantly lower on day than we paid :-(

+ Located right on the St. Lawrence river the view was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Just outside of Prescott but close enough to drive in and explore

+ The gardens..the view, the breakfast, the quaintness and the fact that there were two comfortable chairs to sit on in our room.Thank-you! − The paint is starting to peel a bit in the bathroom of room number 5...needs refreshing There was a floor lamp that wasn't plugged in.When we tried to plug it in we noticed that the plug cord was very frayed. The lamp should be repaired or removed from the room

Value. + Hard to find a small business run inn that has the 80s vibe at such a great price. Might be dated but has plenty of small touches to make you feel comfortable. − It’s a bit small.

+ Beautiful location, no pets allowed, and no children under 12. Peaceful. − Loud window air conditioner that wasn't very effective. I thought I wasn't setting it correctly, but when looking up the A/C model online I found multiple complaints about the same issues.
