Mejoras continuas + El hotel buena ubicación muy limpio atención del personal muy atentos y educados − En la habitación traspasaba la luz del pasillo hacia el cuarto toda la noche ubo iluminación en la habitación y en desayuno siento que se quedó corto por lo regular en los demas hoteles el desayuno continental es huevo con café y jugo

Bueno + que la habitación estaba fresca aún sin prender el aire acondicionado − personal de recepción un poco antipático, a excepción de una chica del último día que era muy amable

Decepcionante + Algo positivo es un lugar bien ubicado en el centro de Minatitlán. El personal es muy amable y atento. − Las habitaciones son muy reducidas en espacio, para una pareja es difícil pasar con tus maletas y acomodarlas. El elevador no funcionaba. La cama no es muy cómoda. El área de regadera fue lo peor debido a una mala limpieza, tenía moho en las orillas y en la regadera, además de calcificación. Y las toallas súper percudidas.
