Sehr schönes Hotel, top gelegen mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. + Sehr grosses Zimmer. Badezimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Pflegeprodukte und auch sehr gross. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. − Licht teilweise etwas dunkel

Ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten. + Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, perfekt um die die HafenCity und Innestadt zu erkunden − Leider wurden meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, aber das ist mein subjektives empfinden. Meine Reklamationen hatte ich der Rezeption mitgeteilt und auch per Mail a das Hotel gesendet. Leider war auch die Reaktion darauf nicht die welche ich erwartet hätte.
