Comfortable and clean + Very quiet and secluded. Clean and nice. Good amenities. Used a kayak for free (included in room charge) which helped the price you pay. Older but kept up nice. Checked in late and the night attendant was very nice and helpful. Helped find my room since it was dark and it’s somewhat like a maze. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. − Free breakfast was just some apples and cuties and banana bread. Good but could have offered a bit more. A bit pricey but it is Hawai’i.

Great resort as a base to explore the eastern side. Great amenities and excellent customer service. + Paradise Bay is really great in terms of maximising what it can offer guests and make the most of its location. The staff are very responsive, professional and helpful and the programs/rentals are really nice in what it offers. − The air conditioning units are a bit loud but we got used to the sound of it.

Wer ist ruhig? Mag mit einer gigantischen Aussicht auf eine Bucht, der ist hier richtig + Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach gigantisch, weit weg vom hektischen Honolulu (30 Autominuten). Das kostenlose, wenn auch einfache Frühstück war auch toll, Kaffee, Bananenbrot und Früchte. Die von uns beiden bewohnten Zimmer waren groß. Auch gab es Stand, Up, Paddles und Kajaks umsonst zum leihen, auch kostenlose Yogastunden. Auch eine Waschmaschine stand zur Verfügung, allerdings musste man Waschmittel selber kaufen und jeden Gang mit ein paar Dollar bezahlen. − Die Zimmer hätten weitaus besser eingerichtet sein können, auf unserem Balkon befand sich ein durch gesessenes Sofa und ein kaputter Stuhl. Auch die Küchenzeile waren nur mit dem aller aller nötigsten ausgestattet. Im Bad das gleiche, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Den room Service musste man vorher anmelden, je nachdem, wie spät man damit war, bekam man nur noch übrige Slots zugeteilt, das habe ich so noch nie erlebt, wahrscheinlich ein exte…

Beautiful location and quite comfortable + Great location. The communal area on the deck area next to the lagoon was very well presented. − The aircon unit in the room was a bit noisy. We had to turn the thermostat down really low, so that the aircon did not turn off and on all night.

ok + served banana bread, fruits, and coffee − Noisy the room we stayed #53 especially the bedroom with the king size bed. There was a machine running so u won't be able to sleep well. the room is located on the road side. guest park infront of the gate ao it's hars to get in the unit. alao there is no light going to our unit we have to use our phone to light our way.

Nature escape + Mornings are amazing with the view and the sound of nature. The facility is well kept as well. Would likely re-book at the hotel if we ever plan to visit Hawaii again. − The parking is a bit difficult to maneuver around. Bonus amenities would have been much better if there was an instructor to guide us on how to use the kayak.
