This was our first time to NC and we really enjoyed it! We would definitely come back! + Adam at costumers service was very helpful and accommodating. We traveled with our daughter that’s special needs and he always was very helpful and kind. Thank you Adam!!! We appreciated the daily breakfasts. Our daughter didn’t want be at the beach bc of her sensory issues but we appreciate very close and easy beach access. − I wishes the hotel had kids club or more indoors activities for kids.

Perfect end to a our OBX vacation. + The location is top notch, the breakfast is good and the bed was comfortable. − They only had the warm cookies one night of our 2 night stay.

Wonderful + The Front Office Manager Jami and Adam who was working at the front desk made us feel like special guest. We were walk-ins and Jamie took the time to show us the room that we were interested in .All the staff was very friendly and professional. Even the free breakfast was actually very surprisingly good for a hotel free breakfast. Definitely a repeat stay for us , Well be back . We told all our family members that was with us for the week

Overall good! + I like that it was close to the beach. I like the pools and the hot tub. − I didn’t like that there wasn’t a lot of food places around that area and we had to drive a little bit out the way.

Booking.com didn’t do their job. We should receive a refund. Cause we didn’t get what we ordered − We were bottom floor was supposed to have sea side view we only seen sand dunes. Wasn’t handicap accessible know way could we get to beach.

Very nice stay at the Outer Banks + Clean. Nice facilities. Three outdoor pools! Right off the beach. Our room was great with plenty of room. Super comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Good customer service. Plenty of parking. Many luggage carts which actually is very important so we didn’t have to wait around for one. − I hate to complain but our showerhead was abysmal and very bootleg. (Cheap!) They could really use some upgrading.

Great stay and would stay again! + Staff was excellent ! They made me feel very welcome and the location was wonderful !!! The continental breakfast was good as well ! − This is not something I didn’t like but I just wish the bed was a little softer .
