+ I thought the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed it. We did not enjoy the parking. It was very, very full almost every single night that we had to park and the trashes were overflowing outside. − We were in the hotel for 11 days, which is fine but some of the people around us above us so our next was really, really, really loud banging and thrashing around

Terrible experience + I can’t say anything good about this property because we were unable to stay here. − We booked everything using booking dot.com no problems paid upfront and had all my conformations. Went to check in the Manager forgot to accept our booking. They told us they were completely booked and we had to leave and contact booking dot.com. We were 13 hrs from home.

Disappointing! − It was very loud and we couldn't sleep. Our room was nonrefundable, but it was so bad we checked out two days early.

The staff is amazing and went above and beyond + Every member of the Staff was delightful - Especially Emily the night Desk person − i was a little sad that the pool was closed for a water heating system issue, but truth be told we were probably too tired to use hot tub/pool anyway
