Excellent place to stay with families! + The staff! Very friendly at the front desk! CJ even lent us his personal phone charger! The layout of the 2 suite room. Ez to portion off the rooms w living room for kids and privacy! And walking distance to restaurants and shops! − Cleaning staff loud in hallway at certain times talking etc.. The lobby area needs to get the smell out of the rugs? There is a musty odor when you come out of the elevator at side lobby.

We’d stay again + Cleanliness, bed comfort, free cookie and cocktail service were both a plus − There was only a salad to go with the evening cocktails & no made to order breakfast omelets, even though it was advertised.

Great stay! Breakfast is too early! + Beautiful, very comfortable room! Great bed-- very good linens and pillows. Huge TV -- Excellent cable. Property located right across from the Olive Garden. I bought a bottle of wine at the convenience store & they gave me a nice wine glass. Most excellent air conditioning in the Chico heat. − Check-in was perfunctory-- borderline rude. Albeit, fast. I really don't like that they stop serving breakfast at 9:00am during the week. When I'm on vacation-- it's too early to have to go to breakfast way before 9am! No closet -- but a huge, ugly bar hanging from the ceiling to hang your clothes on!

Enjoyed our stay. + Clean location, great breakfast and amenities. On site laundry available to do your laundry for a small fee. − It needs quiet hours sound really travels through the halls and walls.

Happy family + CJ at the fro t was fantastic. I had made on and we arrived the hotel did not have in there system. I asked him if he could canel that reservation since he had a room available. He gave the room later that afternoon he called to confirm that he was canceling the online reservation. He took care of everything for me. I had one less to stress about. We where on town dropping of our at Chico State University. Breakfast was great another thing not to worry every morning. Thank you CJ for Everything... Cea fam6 − There not that I did like everything was great.

Our family was traveling long distance, Oxford Suites provided a comfortable nights stay to break up the trip. + Proximity to freeway for travel plans. Two room space.
