+ Very clean and pleasant gal at the desk in the evening. Gave us a cookie and bottle of water and in the morning had a snack bag. − Unavoidable, but noise from the street kept me awake.

I would never choose to stay in this place again + Breakfast was okay, location was tolerable but too far from the center of town. − This property charges premium prices for an old, musty smelling room, that looks like it was designed and created in the 1970's. The lack of any hint of modern facilities, except the TV, was disappointing and caused a lot of regret in choosing this place. Glad to have gotten out of there, but the pain in the wallet was felt knowing that the fees charged were not worth what was received in value in this property and room.

Anniversary getaway + This is a wonderful hotel. We went for an anniversary/swim getaway. The hotel is wonderfully clean. Sarah at customer service is the sweetest person. Yadira decorated our room with balloons for our anniversary. My hubs and teenager loved them. The breakfast lady is so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, I wanted to swim. We don’t have access to a pool and I have a bad back that feels better in a pool, but the pool here was out of commission. No warning on the website or when we called the 1800# to book the reservation. I actually cried in the lobby. I would stay here again, just verify the pool is working first.

+ Angelo checked me in a bit early due to an unexpected hiccup in our trip & was the most delightful Hampton enployee I've ever come across in spite of coming off an overnight shift. He was so courteous & helpful to us that we knew we were at the right place! − This property stops breakfast early so if you're there only 30-45 minutes before it ends, they've already cleared away everything. I had to have someone from the back bring some milk out so I could eat the cereal they hadn't put up yet. We also had some long magenta colored hairs allover our bathroom that really stood out against the white shower & tile floor.

Plant city vacation + The rooms were Amazing, guess services at breakfast were Awesome. Front desk wasn't at the desk when we arrived but other than a few minute wait not bad at all. − The traffic noise on the side we were on was loud. But we still slept good.
