    I am not getting a refund despite calling for 6 days and being told it was no issue. − I began calling the property after my husband experienced chest pains on the way to the property. We ended up having to call 911 and he was transported to the hospital via ambulance and later admitted. He also suffered 3 heart attacks in the coming days making it impossible for us to keep our reservation. I began calling the property at 3pm on the day of check in. I was told my room could be cancelled with no fees if the hotel received confirmation from booking.com. Booking.com ( i learned today from the property) did exactly what they needed to do and emailed the property. The property manager and another associate confirmed the receipt of all of the emails sent but now say they won't cancel the room at no charge because my room was marked as a no show despite all of my communication over the last 6 days. So I am now getting screwed because the hotels associates were not trained properly. I am so f…
