Relaxing couple of days by the sea, what’s not to love. + The location, the gym and pool and the parking. Hannah on reception was very nice and gave us some useful information about the area. − The dinner menu was very basic with only a few options and then they weren’t all available and what we did order wasn’t too great. Rooms are a little dated and could do with a refurb but were clean. Downstairs areas are much better than up. Hotel was nice and quiet and we got a good few nights sleep.

We really loved Alice’s Staff and looking forward to see the renovation happening so we can come back more… + We love the Staff especially Jenn She was so helpful, very polite and very attentive to our needs she make us feel home . The place is very clean and the location is great. − The place is nice but needs a renovation asap . The only thing that was unpleasant was the air conditioning that was dripping water that totally soaked the carpet in front of our room and our shoes every time we go in and out, we did talk to the front staff about that and nothing was done about it.Jenn was not there :(

Hidden treasure found! + I grew up in Carteret County (now live in TN) and had no idea this place existed until this summer. Treasure found! Highly recommend and would stay here again. Convenient location, very clean, friendly helpful staff, quiet comfortable room, and complementary beverages was the cherry on top! − Wish I had known about this place sooner!

+ PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! Elevators were a tad bit slow, but we were near the stairwell anyway. The restaurant A+! Live music A+! No complaints at all. − Elevators tad slow

Pet friendly and spacious + I enjoyed everything about the facility being that it was pet friendly. This was our first time traveling with both dogs and the rooms were a great size for 2 dogs and 2 adults to move around. Loved the dog bathroom area and the back door to prevent having to walk through the lobby with people. The hotel was in good walking distance of the ocean and we had a room that faced the ocean. We had a great time. − I feel like they were short staffed for it to be labor day weekend and have only 1 person to answer phone and check in/check out. The bathroom was extremely small.

Very good + Very safe, good pool, less than 5 min from beach. Ocean view, free coffee in lobby and separate sink/ annex for kitchenette . − The room was very wet, nothing would dry out , lots of dampness and some musty odor.

+ The bar was very nice staff was great. The golf course view is very pretty. Quick access to the beach. Overall pretty good experience. Went down on labor day weekend. − A little pricey could just be the weekend that I went down. A hundred dollar deposit seems a little excessive for what is in the room. The cleanliness of the room was alright the drawers had crumbs in them there were several coffee stains on the floor that wasn't cleaned up. The room didn't provide a broom to sweep the sand that gets bought in. One of the sheets in the bedroom hand yellow staining.
