Very nice property + We are here now and have stayed at this property over many years as a different franchise. For us, the location and price are perfect. Easy access to restaurants, highways and Metra. The property is well kept, room was clean and the staff was very nice. Not a big breakfast guy so can’t speak to the buffet. The room is also spacious. Couch is better than what they offer in other places. Bed was very comfortable. Would need another drawer or two for a longer stay. Plenty of outlet availability. Parking is free and plentiful. The only negative is the bathroom…as I said, older property. If two people are trying to get ready, forget it. No space. The bathtub is probably from 1975 and needs to be replaced with a walk in shower. Slippery getting out of the shower as well with no bars and I have no physical limits. Also, the towels are probably one grade above sand paper. Bothe the tub and towels need a serious upgrade.

Met All Our Needs for a One-Night Stay + After checking in, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped out of the elevator and discovered the building's spacious atrium. Our room, one of the larger end ones, was not a "true" suite -- the desk and bathroom are accessible only through the bedroom door -- but since there were only two of us it met all our needs. The restaurant area was rather plain and small, with a modest menu; but we enjoyed room our room service meals, which we could comfortably eat on the suite's sizable couch (see photo 15 of "Room & Suite" in TripAdvisor).

Overall nice hotel. Room was very cold. I recommend purified water instead of spring for the rooms. Also needs more rack + Location was nice. Stafff were helpful and nice. − That breakfast wasn’t included. Didn’t know that they come in room for cleaning. Didn’t have a full shower as stated on pictures. Bathrooms are small.
