Cute hotel near the water + Location by the water was excellent. The hotel had an old world charm. Parking on site was very convenient. The water front and walks along the water were accessible by foot.

+ The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were so nice to our family. Parking was great and we were right on the beach.

Small rooms but great views. + We liked the view from our balcony of the ocean and the beach. − The king size bed was very hard. Our ceiling fan wasn't working and was filthy. Other than that the stay was fine.

+ Comfortable. Close to the beach and boardwalk. − Lobby didn’t open until 8am, forcing me to haul my bags up the narrow walkway to the parking lot.

Overall, not bad. Location was great. Cleanliness of the room could be better for the price you pay. + It was right across the street from the beach and close to everything. − The rooms were cozy but not as clean. There wad mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We had to wait for towels. Hair on the sheets there were on the bed.

+ Before switching over management , we really enjoyed staying at casablanca inn. Me and my family travel with a special needs.And with a service dog. Before switching over to management , they were always accommodating to our needs , and making sure that we were able to check in as soon as we get there due to the fact that my special needs , sister cannot be in her wheelchair very long. During this visit , we were not able to check in until four p m and our housekeeper took over an hour to get our room ready. We do enjoy the location and we do like the room with the sunroom in it. − The front door staff were very nice. The housekeeping was very slow. The maintenance workers were also very nice. We booked the sunroom and instead of staying in the sunroom that does have a full view we were put into the ada room which we did not request an ad a room. From that room , all the guests have a clear view into our out on the sun deck and the views obstructed by all of the Sun deck, furniture …

+ Tolle Lage am Strand, nettes Personal. Wir hatten das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche. Leider war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet vorallem mit Besteck, das war schade. − Wlan sehr schlecht Küche nicht gut ausgestattet

Nice place but disappointed overall. Spent too much time coordinating, reminding and waiting for this sink fiasco to be + Location, room size and layout, the balcony, staff was polite. − I came back from dinner the first night and bathroom sink was clogged with standing water. Over the next 12 hours after I reported it to mgmnt- the sink drained and then filled up again and then was rising higher and higher. I could not use the sink or the counter due to fear of overflowing. Maintenance did come the next day mid day, after I spent the morning away from my room waiting for them. I reported all this in an email and asked that I receive some sort of compensation for the huge inconvenience for Half of my stay and have not heard anything from them to this day.
