+ Clean room, nice staff. − Loud air conditioner!! Expensive parking for one night. Neighbors were loud, but calmed down by 10 PM

Ok, aber Preis-Leistung hat für uns gar nicht gepasst. + Das Hotel hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage. Die Zimmer waren genügend gross und relativ ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es hat genügend Parkplätze. − Für ein doch eher teures Hotel, war das Frühstück eher bedürftig. Orangensaft aus dem Automaten, kein frisches gebackenes Brot und alles war nur so ein Standardmässiges Hotelfrühstück. Wir haben den Pool alle drei Tage benutzt und leider wurde das Pflaster was da am 1 Tag schon lag, nie entsorgt, das heisst es wurde auch drei Tage nichts gereinigt im Pool bereich. An der Aussenwand im Frühstücksraum, lagen auch am dritten Tag noch die Brotkrümel vom ersten Tag

Typical Hampton, clean and quiet, however, they now charge for parking + Day Seven of my 31 day road trip through the USA. As usual I will list the pros and cons. PROS: 1. Great location, right by the river and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. 2. Well furnished and comfortable rooms. 3. Working Peloton in the gym ( a huge plus) 4. Typical Hampton breakfast. CONS: 1. Parking. It used to be free (and I think their website still says so, but now they charge $12, which is strictly a money grab. My parking was included with my rate. 2. Expensive for a Hampton, but then Bend lodging overall is pretty expensive. Cheers! Marius

Concert Getaway + We stayed here for the Sarah Maclachlan Concert on August 7th. We were able to check in to one of two rooms early. The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms were great! Large and very clean. The bed was super comfy. It was said in a review I saw that the Hayden Homes Amphitheater was about a 10 minute walk. That's not accurate at all it's literally at the end of the property maybe 3 minutes to the main entrance. Also it was very cool to have a footbridge across the river to all the food and shopping choices. Overall a truly fantastic experience. − Nothing

If you are going to a concert at the amphitheater, this is where you stay. + It was located close to the music venue. − Paid parking.

+ Pretty much everything − I wish the jets in the hot tub worked better only a few were working and the ones that were were kinda crazy

Hotel was Immaculate and comfortable, Perfect for the concert venue. Will definitely stay again! + Rooms and all common areas were very clean, Staff was excellent, nice and helpful. well equiped gym. comfortable beds − I don't like to pay for parking for somewhere I am already paying to stay.

Because hotel with amazing staff and a fantastic location + This was in a great location. Just steps away from the amphitheater and shopping and restaurants. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing. − It would be nice if there were safes in the rooms
