+ As close to the park as you can possibly be. − The walls are paper thin.
-
Dee
+ Room was clean − very small for the price.
-
Jason
+ This place is literally 5 min from tge Bear Lake entrance for RMNP. It makes beating the timed entry simple.

sufficient + room was older but clean which was noticeable − bed was a bit too firm

It was a last-minute decision to go to Estes Park, so our affordable places to stay were limited. + It was quite. − It was small, the bathroom was tiny, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Unpleasant staff but hard to beat location. + I loved being right outside the park & it’s walking distance to a couple things: a coffee shop, great restaurant for dinner − A couple lights didn’t work upon check-in and the floors were covered in hair from a previous guest. Staff seemed annoyed that I wanted the lights fixed and asked me to leave for a full refund instead of telling me when they’d fix the lights, verbatim: ‘I can tell this is going to be a problem’. I didn’t feel comfortable mentioning the hairy floors after the lights convo.

Super Lage, gute Betten + Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Eingang des NP − Nichts

I liked everything about this hotel. + Mike and his team—They were very friendly; and accommodating, in that they set us up in a nice room, with a great view. It was very comforting and spotless, which I love! I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Estes Park. I hope to be back again. − Nothing

Perfect Estes Park updated Motel close to RMNP + This was the best find on our visit to RMNP. The staff were so friendly. The room was spacious and updated. The beds were very comfortable. We were kindly upgraded to a balcony room which was nice for looking out at the mountains in the evenings. The location was perfect for getting into the park early on the day we didn’t have a timed entry. − not a thing

Convenient location, comfortable room and good price! + Very clean room and comfortable bed, easy check in and out. Convenient location close to restaurants and entrance to the park. − People came late at night and talked loudly. We put the A/C on and solved the problem.

The worst in Estes Park − This hotel looks nothing like what is advertised on the website. The property and our room were very dirty, and the pool was not working during our stay. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s behavior—she was extremely rude, disrespectful, and made us feel that we were being treated differently because of our race. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

+ Proximity to national park was excellent − We found hair on the shower wall that was not ours. This means the showers were not cleaned properly.
