10/10 I highly recommend I’ll definitely will be booking again! + I like how clean the room was upon arrival! Check in was a breeze it took her about 3 minutes to get us all checked in. The receptionist was nice and friendly, she filled me in about the free dinner buffet and breakfast in the morning as well. They even gave us free alcoholic beverages vouchers for the bar. The pool and whirlpool were a 10/10 the kids had so much fun, they would have stayed there all night if we would have let them! I give this place a thumbs up I’ll definitely be booking again. − Everything was excellent no complaints at all!

Great value and peaceful experience. + I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks in large part to two exceptional employees, Tracy and Dana. Tracy assisted me at check in and immediately made me feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely valued as a guest. Her warmth and kindness set such a positive tone for my entire visit. Dana assisted me during breakfast and went above and beyond when I explained that I have a butter allergy. She went to the back, brought out the entire egg carton, and carefully read through the ingredients with me to make sure I could eat safely. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. Exceptional service is about more than simply doing a job. It is about how you make people feel and I truly appreciate them both. − My one critique would be about the loudness of the doors within the room. The closet and bathroom doors were loud when opened and closed.

+ Presque tout ! − Les personnes qui ne respectent pas les conditions d'utilisation de la piscine et du jacuzzi en venant par exemple avec des chaussures, habillé même dans le jacuzzi,les enfants à sauter et à jeter des objets. Pas de prises USB C dans les chambres. Le lit était trop rebondissant pour nous.

Very enjoyable stay from the friendly check to check out. + The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. The happy hour was busy yet the staff jumped in to help each other to keep things stocked at all times. − Nothing. Just wish it had some restaurants walking distance. Definitely not the hotels fault.

Not an Airport Hotel + Nice staff and nice facility. − Remote location. Promoted as an airport hotel but in reality a $50 taxi ride away. No restaurant on-site or within walking distance, so not a good solution if you don't have a car.

+ Breakfast and the snacks were amazing. The hotel facility and the rooms were clean. Most importantly your staff was amazing. I will definitely be staying again whenever visit Pittsburgh next. − I was unable to turn off the AC in both the rooms - the room got chilly after a while - the only way to stay comfy was turning on the heating.

Good food, great staff, and an awesome room made for the comfiest, coziest bachelorette trip ever. + The location was great, far enough away from the highway that it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious, especially the hashbrowns and the waffles! I liked that management came around to check on everyone as well. Staff at check-in was wonderful, and I like that check-out was hands-off. The free food in the evening was part of the reason we stayed here, and it did not disappoint! And the room was immaculate, very spacious and clean and comfortable. And the whole hotel smelled clean (and was really nicely decorated, very good style!) Also, this might sound silly, but I was really glad there was an actual soap tray in the bathroom. I always hate at other hotels when you open up their soap and you just have to sit it on the wrapper or on the countertop. It feels like unnecessary mess. So thank you for that! − Nothing! We loved everything about it!
