Superb + Breakfast was included, good variety, but wasn't very good. The staff were incredible − I paid for the largest room, but it had no view. The only window was to an ally staring at another building.

Great hotel make sure you know how to heat your room + Wonderful staff and very clean well appointed rooms. Good location − It was very cold inside and needing to wait for ac to heat room took a while.

Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The area is very convenient, clean, good variety of bre + Clean and comfortable rooms with partial lake view and Mountain View. Very spacious and a good variety of breakfast dishes to choose from. The location is very convenient to get around. There is a convenient store next to hotel and about 5 minutes walk will get you to a very nice chestnut biscuit/cake bakery. − Late Night duty staff perhaps can be a bit more friendly.
