Bien pero mejorable. + La ubicación, cerca del centro. − Falló el aire acondicionado aunque nos lo resolvieron rápidamente. Nos cortaron el agua 5 horas y no nos habían avisado. El ascensor muy viejo.

Overall a truly brilliant stay. Highly recommend this appartment. + This property is brilliant. The best location. Close to grocery stores ,restaurants,transport and sight seeing. The host Alex is superb to deal with very responsive. The electric shutter for the window was a great hit for us as we like a nice dark room to sleep The balcony was also awesome. − The only negative for us was no oven. We don’t like to eat out all the time. Everything else was catered for though.

We had a good time. I have small children who are loud so I don’t know if I would stay there again with children. For ad + The view from the terrace was great. Size was good. Good location. − No parking but it’s Budapest. There’s a garage in the central passage that is easy to walk to and use. The lift would be a shock for a western visitor. It’s an older style building so if you aren’t familiar with that then you should be aware. I’ve live in Russian apartments before so for me it was not an issue. My wife took some warming up to but it was completely safe.

A perfect option if the view and balcony are the priority. + Large balcony with an incredible view. Lots of space, great location. Kitchen have everything you need, also washing machine, that was good − Old decor, old furnishings, and a stale smell in the hotel. A touchless soap dispenser that didn't respond to touch at all

+ Clean and big apartment. − There is no parking near. Only a few garages where for a day you need to pay around 60€

Perfect place for 1-2 persons with an excellent view + Central place and excellent view − The washing machine did not work as advertised

+ Location was perfect, apartment was spacious and perfect for us as a family of four. The host left us some amenities such as washing powder for the washing machine etc which was great for us to do a few small washes whilst there. Balcony was great. Communication with the host was great, Alex got back to me very quickly with a couple of queries I had. No negatives at all.

Do, Book. Don't, wait! + The view was amazing. The thoughtful gestures like leaving little lollies and having the laundry pid available was a nice thing to see as well. − I didn't like that my trip ended sooner!

Budapeszt lata świetności ma już niestety za sobą. Nikt nie dba o czystość i zabytki. Szkoda + Obiekt nie posiada parkingu, a Budapeszcie jest duży problem z zaparkowaniem samochodu więc nie polecamy przyjazdu autem. Po mieście można się sprawnie poruszać boltem. Natomiast lokalizacja jest doskonała. Do miejsc, które warto zobaczyć można dojść piechotą. Apartament położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy na 4 piętrze, ale dzięki oknom i żaluzjom jest cicho. Posiada duży balkon z widokiem na ulicę i największą w Budapeszcie synagogę. Blisko są sklepy o restauracje. Polecamy wizytę w muzeum kolei. − Miasto jest nieprawdopodobnie brudne, przez 4 dni pobytu (mieszkając w centrum) nie widzieliśmy żadnych służb komunalnych. Główne punkty Budapesztu, każdy zielony skrawek (a miasto jest wręcz zaasfaltowane do granic absurdu) zajmują pijani bezdomni, którzy budują legowiska z kocy i śmieci na ławkach, przystankach, na witrynach sklepowych, w podziemiach metra i przejść dla pieszych. Great apartment; good location, clean and as described + Fantastic location. Apartment as described and clean. Balcony was nice to sit out on to watch the world go by! Very handy for all public transport and walkable to many of the tourist sights. Excellent location for evening dining and drinks and felt very safe. − Just be aware of entrance and lift being austere which don’t impact your stay and aren’t reflected in the apartment, The apartment is centrally located which means there is some traffic noise. This didn’t impact on us.
