    Wonderful stay – peaceful, beautiful and welcoming + We absolutely loved our stay at Brenton Lodge. The property is stunning, set back in the hills with beautiful rooms, immaculate gardens and a gorgeous view. It feels very peaceful and secluded, yet it’s only a 5-minute drive into Whangamata. Over the busy New Year period, we preferred the quiet setting away from the town. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, and the continental breakfast provided in the room was a lovely touch and perfect to enjoy at a relaxed pace. Neville and Kerrie were genuinely lovely hosts, making us feel very welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend Brenton Lodge to anyone looking for a tranquil and high-quality stay near Whangamata.
