Fantastic apartment but not for more than 3 people + Arrived very late, self catering apartment but nowhere nearby to purchase provisions. However hired a car and found shoos within 7 kilometres. Hotel staff at both Elia Beach Hitel and Athena Pallas very nice and helpful. However in true greek style schedules and arrangements changed without notice. Menus in restaurants nearby very hit and miss would have bern easier fir them to tell us what was on offer rather thn offera menu and then let you choose only to say items not on offer!! Truly relaxing fantastic beaches, scenery and the town of Neo Marmaras was enchanting. Will definitely go back but onky if next years prices are the same. When enquiring it would appear they are already putting up the pruce of the apartments to a higher rate!!

Küchenausstattung unzureichend + Leider war die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet...kein Abtropfsieb, keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Kaffee- oder Teekanne. Es hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Da wir in der Vorsaison unterwegs waren, können wir nicht beurteilen, wieviel Privatsphäre bei Vollbelegung bleibt.

+ Traumhafter Garten und wunderbare Villa1 mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni mit noch abgenehmen Temperaturen einfach perfekt.

+ La struttura e la posizione sono meravigliose. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. Una nota negativa: la pulizia delle parti comuni che dovrebbe essere più accurata e così lo scarico della doccia che ogni tanto non scaricava completamente. Noi la consigliamo assolutamente per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in una situazione tranquilla e con tutti gli aspetti piacevoli che si possono cercare da una vacanza. Ha superato tutte le aspettative. Grazie
