Un buon compromesso + La struttura è molto bella. Posizione tranquilla, camere larghe e spaziose. Ristorante buono. Comodo il ristorante e la piscina. − Unica nota negativa forse qualche insetto nella stanza che comunque risulta pulita.

Loved it and would definitely stay here again if I was to visit Cancun again. + Room was very spacious, stayed in a junior suite. Cleaned whenever needed. AC was great! Hotel has a nice pool even though more on the hot side, it was still great. Views from the restaurant/pool were amazing. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and was very good as well. Location was great, a little walk from the main avenue, about 10 minutes and about 15 minutes from a little mini mart which had snacks, food, subway, drinks, alcoholic drinks and miscellaneous stuff to buy and able to take to your room. Even though I didn't need the parking, had parking for guests as well. − There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great, exceeded my expectations in all aspects.

Boa + Apartamento amplo, com sacada e closet, frigobar .Piscina aquecida ótima. Recepcionistas da noite, muito gentis e solícitos. Água potável disponível para hóspedes na recepção. − Banheiro pequeno. Uma boa caminhada até a avenida. Não oferecer café incluso na diária, café pago caro e escasso. Uma camareira chamada Helena, muito grosseira e estúpida no trato.

Las mejores camas de hospedaje + El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones cuentan con gran espacio y unas camas fabulosas para descansar, la alberca tiene una altura ideal para nadar un rato y descansar, los alimentos y bebidas son deliciosos con una gran relación calidad-precio. En cuanto a la atención del personal fue más que buena. Sin duda regresaría a este lugar! − Todo fue maravilloso, únicamente en una de las habitaciones que rentamos la Srta. Encargada de la limpieza a veces descuidaba un poco detalles como acomodarnos las almohadas, dejar los productos de higiene personal y cambiar toallas de baño. Pero fuera de eso, todo fue sumamente agradable. Creemos que son pequeños detalles que al final a grandes razgos no perjudicaron nuestra gran experiencia en el lugar.

+ Es war alles sehr wohlwollend, tolles Ambiente an der Lagune sowie am Pool. Das W-Lan hat auf der gesamten Anlage sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr seriöse Abwicklung (auch Zahlungsmodalitäten). Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen (allgemein freundliches Personal), durften früher Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken noch den Pool nutzen. Toll ist, dass gleich ein Restaurant am Pool dabei ist. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! − Nichts

+ Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Quelle al piano terra danno tutte sul giardino con la vista sul mare. Carina la piscina che è aperta fino alle 10:00 di sera. Letti comodi. L'asciugacapelli è da richiedere alla reception − La televisione non funzionava. La colazione. Niente di che , inoltre il secondo giorno era disponibile solo la colazione continentale (pane e marmellata) ed era disponibile un'ora dopo del previsto. Consiglio di far colazione fuori assolutamente.
