+ Der Chinesische Besitzer war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer ausreichend gross mit bequemen Betten.Auf dem Balkon vor den Zimmern standen mehrere Bänke, wo man Abends auch noch sehr gemütlich sitzen konnte.Ein Highlight war der Pool,jedoch war dieser eisekalt und somit eigentlich nicht wirklich zutzbar.Kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Ideal gelegen,in wenigen Minuten war man zu Fuss direkt im Zentrum der Stadt.

Really good place to stay. Its serene, very less noises or no voices. They have big rooms. Really go + Room was clean . It smelled really good and also had T.V. , free wifi, A.c. It was good overall. − The sink was broken. I had no strainer or the thing that goes on top of the hole inside the sink.

beware!! + They will change the price on you after telling you one price!! This is a run down hotel charging families displaced from their homes due to wildfires $400 a night. Took our card number/information over the phone "to secure room" but then increased price by $100/night when we went to check-in. My grandpa is dying of Glioblastoma (terminal brain cancer), had to evacuate Summerland home in middle of the night due to wildfires and this lady is price gouging during state of emergency. It is saddening to see people be treated like this during a time of need and when they already are dealing with possibly losing their homes and all their belongings. Please take your business to somewhere that supports Canadians in need.

+ La chambre est grande. Le lit est confortable. Peu de bruit malgré la proximité de routes. − La salle de bain en mauvais état, peinture, sol et meuble. Fermeture de la bain vitrée bricolée avec une vis. Au vu du prix, je m'attendais à mieux.

− There were bugs crawling out of the sink throughout the night and the fan in the bathroom was broken and insanely loud. Even for a motel this was a terrible stay

Good location, badly maintained. + The location was fantastic, and the staff tried to help if there were issues. − The rooms didn't seem to have any soundproofing, I could hear everything going on right outside and in the room next to me. The air conditioning didn't work and when I mentioned it to the staff they said they had no other rooms to move me to. The tv set top box also was flickering like it was broken, luckily I wasn't planning on using it, so I just unplugged it so the flickering would stop.
