Nice Hotel with absolutely poor services/food + Well where do I start? There was no welcome of any sort. No one was fluent in English so everything was said many times without understanding. No one is there to help but to tell you off. I was called by the hotel reception at 01:30 in morning to come and pick up my bag from the reception that was delivered by airlines as it was lost. I asked to keep it there or send it to my room with a bellboy but the receptionist threatened me that he would not send anyone and not put it in a safe place and that I had to come and pick it up myself. I came to pick up half clothed and half asleep when this receptionist asked me to wait for good 30mins before he spoke to me and refused to give me his name or designation. He tried to tell me that he has been working for a long time and that I should have respected that. I complained in the morning but never received any apologies from him. The guest relations lady and the business manager are the only two…

Bu oteli seviyoruz + Water Planette 02-08.2019 tarihleri arasında 2. Kez tatilimizi geçirdik. 2 seferde de gayet memnun ayrıldık. Otelin tek kusuru plajda yerinin olmaması. Plaja servis var ama şezlon şemsiye içecek sorun. Olumsuz notum ise, dışardan gelen müşteriler sebebiyle aquapark çok kalabalık olduğu için biz fazla yararlanamadık. Güzel bir tatildi. Teşekkürler...

Genel olarak normal. vasat olan durum ,yatakları + Otel genel olarak normal seviyede idi yemekleri normal, Aqua kaydırakları havuzları güzeldi. Eksi yönleri en büyük problemi yakışmayanı yatakları. Anlamıyorum pansiyonda bile böyle kalitesiz yatak konulmaz otele yakışmıyor. Deniz sahili Yok.
