Außer schöne Zimmer hat das Hotel nicht viel zu bieten + Sehr großes und geräumiges Superior DZ; Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand, wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer − Personal im Bar- und Cafeteria-Bereich extrem unfreundlich und unqualifiziert; sehr teure Parkplätze (25 Euro/Tag); Frühstück überteuert (20 Euro/Person); vom 1.bis 7. September großes Volksfest direkt (!) neben dem Hotel, extreme Lautstärke der Musik bis morgens um 6 Uhr, Schlafen nicht möglich. Hierauf hat das Hotel erst kurz vor Beginn des Urlaubs hingewiesen, sodass eine adäquate Umbuchung nicht mehr möglich war.

Un très beau séjour, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! + Un excellent séjour en solo ! L’accueil et le personnel ont été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionnés. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient impeccablement propres. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ma très belle chambre, avec une magnifique vue sur l’île Saint-Nicolas et le port de Lekeito. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et les équipements de l’hôtel sont vraiment appréciables : salle de sport, bar et piscine. − Dommage que le stationnement au parking de l’hôtel soit payant. Des tarifs dégressifs selon la durée du séjour seraient appréciables.

Great stay! + The hotel needs a bit of renovation here and there, but it is exceptionally clean so these little things didn't bother us. Our room was huge with amazing big balcony. The room was facing a park, but had a sea view as well. It was so peaceful and picturesque in the morning with amazing sunrise. The hotel is located on the beach at the outskirts of the old city centre.

Gran ubicación en la playa y en el centro de Lekeitio. Instalaciones mejorables + La ubicación es excelente pero no queda más remedio q dejar el coche en el hotel porque no hay aparcamiento disponible cerca. La pega es q es bastante caro. La cama perfecta − Solo un día limpiaron bien la habitación. Se estropeó el ventilador de techo y después de dar parte dos veces no lo arreglaron. El armario es pequeño y no hay cajones ni baldas ni en el armario ni en ninguna parte.

Prima + Prachtige ligging en mooie kamer − Afwerking van de badkamer kan beter. En als je aangeeft dat je glutenvrij eet is het wel fijn dat daar rekening mee kan worden gehouden. Niet alleen met het toetje, ook het voorgerecht. In alles gaf het aan dat ze geen idee hadden wat glutenvrij is.

+ L'emplacement, hôtel cossu, grande chambre et sdb − Fuite d'eau goutte à goutte dans la cuvette des toilettes. Très pénible la nuit. Le personnel qui ne comprend ni ne parle qques mots essentiels en français. Les portes qui font beaucoup de bruit en se fermant, très désagréable la nuit car les gens ne retiennent pas la porte par respect pour le sommeil des autres. Chaînes de télévision uniquement en espagnol, pour ce type d'hôtel très étonnant.
