Hotel a recommander + Chambre spacieuse et propre. Très calme malgré la gare en face . Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Il y a des restaurants a proximité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Personnel d accueil , de service (au déjeuner)ou de ménage, serviable ,compétent et souriant. − Pas de parking privatif ,se garer aux alentours et payant.

+ Posizione − Staff maleducato e svogliato. Struttura un po’ puzzolente (forse per la moquette) ma la camera era pulita. Non c’è reception 24h per cui se dimentichi il codice per entrare devi chiamare un numero al quale una persona dello staff risponde con maleducazione. Durante il nostro soggiorno di una notte sono rimasti chiusi fuori 3 ospiti a cui abbiamo aperto noi sentendo il citofono suonare dato che eravamo al primo piano con la camera

Delusione + Buona posizione e buona la colazione. Staff cortese − L’ascensore non funzionante, ciò nonostante lo staff non si è offerto di portarci le valigie al secondo piano. Il bagno grande ma non funzionale. Nelle ore serali in camera c’era puzza di fogna. Nelle camere mancava il frigobar. Il bollitore era messo in una posizione in cui era impossibile collegarlo alla presa di corrente. In generale deludente

Pulito, comodo, ma senza ascensore! + Hotel in buona posizione con parcheggio della stazione comodo e poco costoso! Tutto nella norma per la categoria dell'hotel, l'unica cosa da segnalare, la mancanza di un frigobar in camera! Buonissimo anche il ristorante sotto l'hotel. − Sapevamo che c'era solo il montacarichi e non l'ascensore, ma nonostante abbiamo fatto presente di un problema alle ginocchia, non ci è stato fatto usare, liquidandoci con un "è rotto", quanto questo è impossibile, perchè altrimenti non potevamo muovere i carelli delle lenzuola e asciugamani!

Good value for money, solid location. Great if you're passing through Blois for a few nights. + Good stay for a night, it's a small room, but it's clean, the A/C works and the staff is friendly. We stayed one night so for us it was just as we expected. Location is great, 10 min by feet from city center, parking options in the side streets and a great Boulangerie right in front of the hotel for an easy breakfast. − The shower is open, so the bathroom gets pretty wet when showering. It was still somewhat clean so it was okay, but a bit annoying if we would've stayed for more than 1 night.

accueil défaillant + la chambre − l'accueil (aimable) mais peu efficace, a priori faute de personnel (attente à l'arrivée, personne au départ). il faut chercher sa chambre (dans l'annexe) et se débrouiller avec les codes les horaires

Comfortable and good value for money + We were upgraded to a spacious room on arrival. The room was clean and well serviced. Our bikes had a safe lock up area at the back − The booking.com advertises a minibar fridge as one of the facilities and there wasn’t one. The safe in the room was already locked and couldn’t be opened

Discreta, no creo que repita. + la ubicación en la ciudad − el ascensor estaba estropeado y tuvimos que subir el equipaje a pie por una escalera muy incomoda

Agréable mais … + L’emplacement près de la gare , literie confortable, propreté de la chambre. − Dimanche 6 septembre,je me suis trouvée devant une porte close à l’heure prévue du petit-déjeuner!! Nous étions plusieurs clients à chercher des informations à la réception mais personne ne s’y trouvait! Dommage.
