Schrecklicher Aufenthalt, würden es nicht wieder buchen + Die Lage ist ganz in Ordnung − Schlechter Service, alles unsauber und sehr runter gekommen, Frühstück ist den Begriff nicht wert.

Ich würde für eine kurzen Städtereise wieder das Hotel buchen, aber wer Luxus und Perfektion erwartet, wird hier nicht s + Die Lage war relativ zentral gelegen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt Das Frühstück war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei − Es ist halt alles sehr verlebt und teilweise nicht so ansehnlich. Das betrifft vor allem die Flure und das Treppenhaus. Das Zimmer war aber vollkommen in Ordnung und auch relativ groß. Was nicht so gut war, war die Parkplatzsituation. Ein Parkplatz gehörte zur Buchung dazu, allerdings waren diese gegen Abend meist durch Monteure schon belegt, sodass man immer anderweitig Ausschau halten musste.

Kommen gerne wieder her + Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Personal super freundlich, wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert und nach einem größeren Zimmer gefragt, welches wir zum selben Preis bekommen haben, wie das "kleinere". Der Grund gür ein Upgrade ist meine Schwangerschaft, ich wollte ein größeres Bett, als 160 cm. Das ist insgesamt unser 2. Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir Familie in Heilbronn besuchen. − Leider im Bad an der Decke Schimmelspuren, leider in beiden Zimmern
