Pleasant .. considering + Location − Room cleaniness… coffee cup marks could have been wiped off the bedside tables and also dust

+ The room − On arrival there was someones hair gathered in the plug hole in the shower didn't want to complain as to upset my family so carried on like it wasnt there

Pretty expensive for the whole experience but not the worst still had a laugh ❤️ + Nice friendly people − The bathroom stunk of grease making are belongings smell abit

+ Property mainly caters for the golf side of the business. Rooms were not very clean and dated. Breakfast restaurant was full of food on the floor and looked like the floor hadn't been mopped for days. Spa changing rooms also dirty with dirty nappies lying about. Reported to reception when leaving and the response was as if it was normal. Wouldn't go back. Definitely not worth the money paid. Wouldn't give the 3 stars. − As above

Great goal courses great location great people working there could do enough for you. Food was lovely no complaints. Gre + Great Hotel location everything about it golf course was amazing and the nine hole was amazing as well. Bit difficult but amazing fairly enjoyed my Day staff Hotel we had Junior suite was great. Can't afford it will be going back. − Nothing at all whole experience is great

Absolutely loved our stay except the poor quality & uncomfortable mattress & pillows. + Location & room we chose. − The mattress & miss match pillows were so uncomfortable, both of us had poor nights sleep. When making the bed we noticed there was no mattress protector on mattress (just a mattress topper) there was also no protectors on the mish mash poor pillows. Think all the above mentioned need to be replaced!

Comfortable but stay elsewhere + Bright na welcomed by hotel staff with a smile. − The spa was upsetting as the staff weren’t helpful with anything and we felt more of an inconvenience rather than a customer. The Resturant overpriced cold and inadequate food on two separate occasions the staff mainly Sophie was amazing and very attentive. The manager who had only been there for a matter of two weeks couldn’t organise the restaurant. It was a very bad and poor experience. Wouldn’t stay or go again.

Great stay for golf but basic amenities for breakfast are not up to scratch. + Rooms were well equipped and very clean. − The breakfast was chaotic as it was very busy but there wasn’t enough staff to replenish plates. The hot food was cold and not kept warm in the warmers. Milk wasn’t available on the tables we were sat at the staff and we had to wait for this to be provided a long time as it wasn’t available anywhere else. The pastries available were not kept hygienic by staff as they were putting them out onto the display trays with their hands and not the tongs provided.
