It’s was okay. Basic onsen. − No place to do healthy stretching or yoga or just chill.

An exceptional experience, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed + The onsen was spectacular and the staff could not have been more helpful, despite us needing to rely on Google Translate. The buffet was exceptional and great value.

Tranquilitat a un onsen i habitació de tatami magnífics. + A l’hotel l’onsen és molt agradable, el fet de les piscines exteriors li dona un plus important. Molt agradables les zones comunes i la possibilitat tan d’anar amb yukata com de prendre algu mentre contemples el paisatge i/o la llar de foc. Un lloc per gaudir per si mateix. Habitació amb tatami molt bonica i practica (la teníem per 4 persones) − El sopar era tipus bufet i no era exactament el que esperava. Amb un hotel així esperava més (encara que fos tipus menú) un servei a taula.

Mountain onsen experience + Wonderful mountain location. Nice indoor and outdoor baths. Generous afternoon tea treats and drinks as well as drinks with dinner all included. − Buffet style dinner and breakfast were a bit chaotic with large crowds. Was nice to be in Tatami room and experience a futon, but it was very firm bedding so I did not get much sleep.
