+ Spark By Hilton Fredericksburg Southpoint was recently remodeled several years ago. The hotel is clean, quiet, and smells fresh. The room and beds are comfortable and the hotel is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. There are several great choices of restaurants nearby. Some restaurants within walking distance. − NA

Decent hotel but very high pet fee ($75). + The hotel was clean. − The pet fee was $75.00 whether you stayed one night or mutliple nights. Too high a pet fee.

Do not recommend. Will not be staying again. − The bed sheets had not been laundered and the bathroom also had not been cleaned well. There was a strong odor coming from it.
