Don't stay + It took at least 25 minutes to check in, the desk clerk clearly was untrained. I stayed two nights, and did not get maid service after my first night. At 3pm, I called to to complain my room wasn't cleaned and they said I should have requested that at check in (???) and the maids left for the day.

Horrible construction zone + The hotel is currently under construction. I was woken up at 8:00 am on the dot by the loudest hammering and skill saw right outside my bedroom window. It was so loud it was shaking the floor. When I went downstairs to share my concerns and ask if they could maybe offer me a free breakfast their response was, "Well then everyone would want a free breakfast, but you can go ask the kitchen staff." She didn't apologize and was rude. I asked kitchen staff, they said no problem. Then, in the middle of my meal - they brought me a slip to sign to charge it to my room!!! The hotel provided no warning when I checked in. The scaffolding can't be seen from the front of the building. I'm telling you, do not stay here!!!

Pillows are a real problem + This hotel has a great location and is very clean, but the pillows are a real problem. They’re so soft that they collapse instantly — even with two stacked, your head goes straight to the mattress and the filling crowds around your face. It’s not just uncomfortable; it’s unusable. A pillow should support your head, not disappear under it. I requested foam pillows, which are normally available at most hotels, but none were offered. This is something the hotel really needs to address, because it directly affects sleep quality. The rest of the stay was good, but the pillows were genuinely terrible.

Horrible place, very unprofessional, stay away! I will never go back, and I will always express my discomfort and madnes + Nothing − Horrible , my room was double booked and while my wife was in the restroom with no clothes on people walked in on her while she was by herself, which was very scary for her and traumatizing. This is very unprofessional, and the issue was never resolved nor any type of compensating for that problem.also I was charged for parking even though I did not have a vehicle with me since I had carpool with somebody else since we reserved as a large group furthermore, the person who I had carpool with their suburban, got broken into on the property very unsafe, and the fact or more like excuse of they’re not being any type of manager to help with our situation through the weekend made it very stressful because after many times of reaching out to find out what was gonna be done about it, I never got resolved, I was asked to reach out to the third-party of whom I als…
