Very good stay, Good location and good rooms overall. + Good location, not to far from main attractions. There is plenty of quick bite - food places nearby. The hotel was very quiet area and the staff was good and attentive. The main check in person was very quick and efficient, got us check in quickly. − there were no issue on this trip for us, thanks.

Beds pillows room and soaps and breakfast was alll five star + Coffee cocoa for kids and dog friendly − Pool towels were rarely there Then when to front desk to ask them for some and one hour later still didn’t come with pool towels so we had to go find some from maids ourselves

Great for the money spent on it + The clean and spacious room How quite it was The breakfast was super helpful The next morning Pool was a nice plus − The bed size did not match a queen bed we have it seemed a little smaller but not as small as a full but Maybe it was a full by mistake I did not ask. But next booking I will bring up the concern with we would like queen size since we booked queen size.

Why would you make windows that can’t be opened? + Clean, not expensive − Almost no ventilation in the room and you cannot open the window to let in some fresh air. Air conditioning unit is too noisy, so you can’t keep it on during the night. We slept like in sauna and didn’t get rested :(

+ We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was also PERFECT. − The fact that their were children unattended in the pool area and nobody acknowledged that. I also did not enjoy that the heat did not work and our room was absolutely freezing.

Stay away + Clean, updated room. − I got to the hotel at 3:00 p.m. for check-in which is at 3:00 p.m.. however no one was able to help me until 3:45. Also the man online in front of me with his wife and also the people behind me we're waiting all the same while the person at the front desk was Finding rooms for us when we already had a reservations. When I finally was able to check in I was required to give them $100 deposit which no one had ever mentioned to me before, and I've never even heard of doing this before at any hotel that I've ever stayed at on the spot demand $100 from me what if I didn't have it? Would I have to go home? The girl could not explain what $100 was for just said it was their policy. The room was fine what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. My room was an accessible room because I am disabled, and which I've never seen before the bathroom had not a door but a sliding door that pulled to the left would close off the little closet that you were given and pull…

Hotel prices for a low quality motel experience. Strong mold and mildew smells in the rooms. + The breakfast was fine. There were very limited options our second morning tho (they were waiting for the food truck delivery). − The front entrance awning was literally falling down. The front desk wouldn't let my young child use the lobby bathroom even tho it was an emergency. The first room overwhelmingly reeked of mold. The other room smelled of mildew. We had to keep the window open the entire time to get fresh air. And all this for the price they're charging?? Come on now... I strongly suggest to stay elsewhere.
