    Comfortable beds rude staff + The location − Not about the property more like the staff. The guy at the desk was really really rude to us, charged us twice for the reservation and acted really pissed all the time. I think he must be racist or something because he would treat other guests so good but us not because he saw our last name and heard our accents and us speaking in Spanish

    Helpful + Hotel was clean and the people were friendly. We had a small issue with the blinds in our room and they did their best to rectify the situation. Pam the manager was very helpful when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation.
