Great overnight stay! + The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and the hotel staff were helpful and generous. Breakfast was good too. Henry explained vacation packages patiently and with no pressure, and we ended up purchasing one! Highly recommend!

Still a nice place after all these years, wish I had more time. + Very conveniently located for my appointment in the area. − The bathroom sink fixtures didn’t all and it seems a bit dated and small compared to some of the same priced ones in the area.

+ Really good staff from checkin to the restaurant and breakfast area. − I stay there 2-3 times a year, and it seems an elevator is always out which makes it very slow waiting for the 1 working elevator.

So bad. + Location. − My stay at the hotel was a very disappointing experience, starting with the check-in. The welcome at the front desk was not warm or friendly at all. In fact, when I said “thank you,” the receptionist did not even respond. Overall, the hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. We had several issues with the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the drain was very slow, causing water to accumulate and creating a small pool in the shower area. The shampoo dispensers were empty. We contacted the front desk and asked them to send shampoo, but it was not delivered until two hours later and only after several phone calls. The sofa bed was in extremely poor condition and very uncomfortable. The electrical outlets were also very old, and we had to wait a long time for the elevators. In general, the hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. There were also times when there were no towels available at the swimming pool. Overall, the experience was far below wha…

Great staff, great location, great amenities + The staff were super friendly and sent me texts to make sure all my needs were being met. Breakfast omelets were amazingly delicious. The hotel was super clean and organized. Plus walking distance to the mall is awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
