Great place even in a power outage + We had stayed at the Royal Park before and arrived this time to find the power was out from a nearby storm. Deanna at the front desk managed the situation impeccably. She provided updates, called around to find nearby hotels with power, patiently answered the frustrated questions of some guests with grace and empathy, and made a difficult situation tolerable and even a little fun!

Wir kommen trotzdem wieder und hoffen manche alte Gewohnheit wieder zu finden + Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren und das nicht ohne Grund mindestens einmal im Jahr ins Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, bequeme Betten alles ist sehr sauber. Das Hotel wurde renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotzdem gibt es ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge. − Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet gewählt. Leider gab es Marmelade nur abgepackt in kleinen Plastikecken und die Eier und Kartoffeln waren nur lauwarm. Wir übernachten schon seit über 20 Jahren mindestens einmal im Jahr im Royal Park Hotel und müssen feststellen das sich manche Dinge zum Negativen entwickelt haben. Noch bis letztes Jahr gab es immer eine kleine Frühstücksbar für Frühaufsteher die ich sehr genossen habe. Zuerst in der Bibliothek dann im Empfangsraum. Mit ausgewählten Teesorten, frischem Kaffe und Wasser und Milch in der Kanne, ausserdem kleine Honig…
