Great location, Peaceful + This place is a great choice for someone after privacy and a peaceful escape into nature.it has a private pool and offers relaxing atmosphere . − it may not be the best option for families with young children, as we notice several burn worms around property, and a frog under the bed and hearing it while on bed was very disturbing. Also it require better cleaning and maintenance.

+ Schöne Lage im Grünen und überaus freundliches Personal. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war super . − Wir hatten eine Familienvilla. Diese war stark Sanierungsbedürftig. Kaputtes Parkett, fleckige Wände und eine Menge kleiner Tiere. Bei den Fenster und Türrahmen konnte man durch schauen. Eine Einladung für Insekten. Wie die anderen Villen aussahen können wir nicht beurteilen . Wir können dem Management nur raten dringend etwas zu ändern.

Lovely Ubud Stay + We had a really enjoyable stay at Luwak Ubud Villa in the Jungle Suite. The team were attentive throughout, with a special mention to Arya, who went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. He had a wonderful manner with the children and really helped make our stay memorable. We stayed in the three-bedroom villa with a private pool, which was a fantastic space to relax. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Balinese barbecue evening, with traditional dance performances showcasing local culture and talent. Overall, we came away very impressed and would happily recommend it. − Our only minor criticism was that the private pool was a little on the cold side and the odd powercut. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and very little to complain about.

Geweldige villa en zeer vriendelijk personeel + Arya en zijn team waren echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze laten je er echt thuis voelen. Onze villa zeer mooi, ruim en verzorgd. Fijne locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch dichtbij het centrum.

Schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal + Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, das dem Gast jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Unsere Villa war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage war auch super. Zwei Mal am Tag gab es einen gratis Transfer ins Zentrum von Ubud, man konnte aber auch laufen. Fas Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man konnte aus einer Speisekarte pro Person ein Gericht auswählen.da wir zu fünft waren, hatten wir immer eine sehr große Auswahl. Das Frühstück konnte man im Restaurant zu sich nehmen oder für eine Gebühr von 100k aufs Zimmer liefern lassen, was wir häufig genutzt haben. Auch ein floating breakfast ist gegen Gebühr möglich

Exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. + I cannot say enough about the exceptional staff at this resort. I have never had such attentiveness at a stay in all my travels. Staff are always friendly and smiling, it really brightens the day. From arranging all transfers, the amazing food at the restaurant, room cleaning first thing in the morning while having breakfast…it all made for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Ubud area. − Ubud traffic can be kind of crazy, but the resort is only a 20 minute walk to the centre. There is a twice daily shuttle, but often just walking is the more convenient option.

Fair value for money at this place. Incredibly lovely staff. Watch out that the two rooms do not communicate + The staff was incredibly Lovely and super nice. − The cleanliness of some items in our room like the insects curtains were very dirty and not in good shapes.

Très bon séjour + Notre villa 2 chambres avec piscine privée était très jolie et conforme à nos attentes, et propreté nickel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu en dehors du centre de Ubud mais facile de s'y rendre en Grab et ce n'est pas mal de n'être pas au milieu de cette foule en permanence ! Le personnel était très chaleureux et pro. Nous avons eu une fuite du toit dans notre chambre suite à une forte pluie mais les réparations ont été faites tout de suite (sous la pluie les pauvres !) et ils nous ont offert un cocktail au bar pour nous faire patienter pendant ce temps. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant que nous avons essayé un midi était bon. Les massages balinais étaient très agréables, du coup j'en ai fait plusieurs. Les chambres étaient préparées pour la nuit (tous les rideaux tirés etc), très agréable. − La villa a besoin d'être rénovée (lavabos ébréchés, meubles abîmés, miroirs tâchés...) mais cela n'est pas non plus rédhibitoire, cela donne un petit charme ancien à cette…

Nettes Hotel mit viel Platz in den Villas, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen + Service 1a, Größe des Zimmers, sehr freundliches Personal die sich sofort um alles gekümmert haben. Frühstück und Freundlichkeit sehr gut. − Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, eventuell jammern auf hohem Niveau aber ich hätte mir ein wenig mehr erhofft. Heraushängende Lampen, vergilbte Toilettendeckel, Türen die nicht besonders schließen. Die Lage direkt an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße war auch nicht gerade Urlaubsfördernd. Tag und Nacht Lärm der Roller und Autos. Die Fotos entsprechen meiner Meinung nicht ganz der Wahrheit. Vom Hauptpool schaut man direkt auf die gegenüberliegende andere Straße sowie auf eine Betonwand. Ein wenig enttäuschend für uns, wir dachten es sei mehr Natur, leider recht Nahe im Zentrum wo die Hölle los ist. Jeder hat andere Vorlieben, unseres war es nicht.
