A lovely resort experience with fantastic staff and opportunities for interesting cultural experiences in the area. + Muong Lo Retreat is an outstanding destination , and one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places we have stayed on our visit to Northern VietNam. The bungalow with two large comfortable beds was spotlessly clean and the shower was also the best with lots of hot water and stunning views from the big windows. The staff, led by manager Loan, is outstanding. They smile all the time and work hard to provide outstanding service. Food was also wonderful. The surprise for us was the many things to do in the area. A day trip to a Hmong village to learn about tea production, taste various local teas, see the 800 year old trees and meet a local family was fascinating. There are local mineral springs, miles of tea and rice fields to view and areas to bike. When you want to relax, the stunning infinity pool offers a lovely peaceful vibe. An absolutely perfect stay — we will definitely recommend it to friends and would love to come back again! + We loved absolutely everything! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The room was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. A special highlight was the bathtub with a view — it was absolutely amazing and one of the best parts of our stay. The views from the hotel are stunning, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing, especially in the morning. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, and the level of service was still outstanding. The pool with a view is also wonderful. The food was great — we really enjoyed the delicious dinner and the breakfast was very good as well. Truly a 10/10 experience. − Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Reposant + Très bel hôtel, idéal pour se reposer. Même si l’emplacement est un peu à l’écart de tout, c’est justement ce qui rend le séjour si reposant. Après quelques jours à Hanoï, ça fait vraiment du bien de retrouver le calme et de pouvoir se détendre. Le personnel est très à l’écoute, toujours prêt à aider et vraiment attentionné. − Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petites balades organisées autour du site, mais ce n’est pas très important car la piscine permet de parfaitement profiter du séjour.

Sehr zufrieden 😊 + Das Zimmer und die Lage waren toll! Auch die Massagen waren sehr gut. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war auch herausragend! Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohlgefühlt 😊 − Es gab ein paar Verständnisprobleme, was aber mit Google Translate und aufgrund der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber nicht weiter schlimm war 😊 Das Pool konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, weil es dann doch sehr trüb war. Das Essen war ok, wir haben aber auch nicht viel bestellt. Andernfalls gab es nichts an der Anlage zu bemängeln!

+ We had a wonderful experience at Muong Lo. The natural surroundings are absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The swimming pool offers a stunning view and is very quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. We also had the chance to walk around the local market and explore the daily life of the local people, which was a very interesting and authentic experience. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took great care of us and kindly helped arrange transportation for our return trip to Hanoi, which made our journey much easier. Thank you very much to the entire team at Muong Lo Retreat for your hospitality. We would be happy to return in the future. ❤️ − The only thing I regret is staying for just one night.There are many interesting places to visit around the retreat, most within 6–15 km, and I wish I had more time to explore them

Wspaniale miejsce na relaks w ciszy i spokoju z kapitalnymi widokami + Klimatyczny bungalow, z pięknym widokiem. Fajny basen z którego także widok jest przepiękny. Bardzo dobra kuchnia! No i obsługa, niesamowicie miła i zaangażowana. Zorganizowali nam wycieczkę do Mu Cang Chai, która była wprost genialna! Generalnie cisza i spokój, idealnie spędzone parę dni po „głośnych” dniach w Ha Noi… − Nie było takiej rzeczy

Wer im hektischen Touristen treiben von Halong Bay, Ninh Binh und Hanoi entkommen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. + Wir hatten einen dieser wunderschönen Bungalow mit einer Terrasse mit Blick auf die Teefelder in die Natur. Umgeben von der wunderschönen Natur. Gleich an zwei Tagen hatten wir dort die Massagen auch mit der ganzen Familie was in unserem gesamten dreiwöchigen Vietnam Urlaub mit Abstand auch die beste Massage war. Frühstück und Essen sind hervorragend. Wir hatten Motorräder für einen Tag gemietet, mit denen wir die Gegend erkundet haben, was einfach nur fabelhaft war. Das ganze Personal war so hilfsbereit, wie als wenn man zu einer Familie gehört. Gut fand ich auch, dass der R Isenpool nicht chemisch geklaut ist, sondern Frischwasserzufuhr hat, was das Baden sehr angenehm machte. Vom Pool hat man einen gigantischen Blick schön war auch, dass die Bahn noch abends sehr lange offen hatte (einzige Anregung auch Wein im Glasausschank). Dafür gab’s aber Cocktails und die gigant…

Ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht, maar faciliteiten vragen om onderhoud + Ontzettend grote kamer (de grootste tijdens onze reis in Vietnam) met zowel binnen als buiten een fijn zitje. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Heerlijk groot bed dat erg goed sliep. Fijn zitbad met voldoende warm water om het goed te vullen. Ontzettend aardige receptionist die feedback serieus neemt. − De staat en het onderhoud van de faciliteiten viel tegen: het zwembad was erg groen/niet goed schoongemaakt en de ligbedden vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het ontbijt was te karig voor de prijs. De ontbijtruimte was vrij smerig.

Ascoltare il silenzio + un piccolo paradiso! sono stata benissimo, e questo non dipende ne' dalla camera (per altro confortevole, spaziosa e pulita), ne' dal ristorante (per altro assolutamente non male), ma dell'atmostera che si respirava. personale gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre pronti a regalare un sorriso. Pochissimi turisti, quindi abbiamo potuto godere del silenzio e dei suoni della natura. Un amico che ha viaggiato con me ha usufruito della spa e ne è uscito entusiasta!

Un séjour idyllique dans un décor exceptionnel + Hôtel qui nous a beaucoup séduit, de par la taille restreinte de l'établissement, le service particulièrement attentionné et professionnel, et de la vue exceptionnelle depuis notre bengalow ; la piscine et un petit déjeuner copieux et varié complète le charme de cet établissement. Nous avions l'intention d'y rester 1 nuit, mais au regard de la qualité de l'établissement nous avons ajouté une nuit supplémentaire. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr ! − rien
