Great location, but the room and bathroom were in very poor condition. + Location is really good − Very bad quality of the room, the toilet seat has awaited us broken, the bed is just two small beds clumped together, the toilet looks like we came to a highway motel.

Schiamazzi fino a tarda notte dovute a finestre che non si chiudevano bene. Il letto con doghe rotte. Le lenzuola girate + Niente a partire dal prezzo. − Foto non realistiche dell’ingresso e della reception. La reception è un agenzia viaggi più avanti. Il B&B è nel primo piano di un palazzo con la porta sempre aperta. Il letto rotto, i cuscini bassissimi , la puzza nel corridoio data dal mocio sporchi che usavano le signore delle pulizie ad ogni check out delle altre stanze. Le finestre non insonorizzate che facevano entrare rumori della strada. La porta di ingresso e quella della stanza sono leggere e malridotte e trasmettono bassa sicurezza. In 7giorni di permanenza mai cambiate le lenzuola - mai fatte pulizie e mai eseguito cambio asciugamani/teli.

Excelente localização, mas Limpeza e manutenção muito fraca + Uma excelente localização, bem no centro da zona histórica. O pequeno almoço é uma parceria com um restaurante, mas é excelente, quer no atendimento, quer na qualidade do pequeno almoço, e dão um desconto caso quiséssemos ir lá jantar. − A limpeza é praticamente inexistente, móveis sujos, partidos, toalhas manchadas... pedimos toalhas novas, só entregaram no dia seguinte, e também essas traziam manchadas. Passámos esta informação de imediato ao alojamento, assim que entrámos no quarto, que nos respondeu que tinha pena que não correspondesse às espectativas e que nos enviaria as toalhas no dia seguinte, mas a higiene não é uma questão de espectativa, ou está ou não está! Ficámos em mais alojamentos na Croácia e a higiene é um não tema, apenas para este alojamento. O serviço de transfer que alegam ter, é uma parceria com um táxi, que não haveria mal se o preço não fosse mais caro que chamar um Uber (pediram 30€, 2 pessoas…
