Rude waitor ruined our stay + Location is walking distance from main square in a quiet location. Comfy beds with friendly reception and cleaning staff. − Unfortunately on the first morning we were met with a a very rude waiter working on the top floor restaurant. We had breakfast included which wasn't clear what we were allowed when we sat down. Turns out its coffee and fruit plate or just a green juice. For children, the waitor informed us it was milk or green juice only?? We tried quering this with the waiter and asked if our children could have a fruit plate also with their milk but the waiter ignored us so my husband had to go into the kitchen to find the waitor. He did bring them a fruit plate after but didn't bring them currently and just avoided us. The waiter was only interested in outside guests who were paying for breakfast. We didn't eat at the restaurant again. We spoke to reception who advised that the children should have had fruit plate. They apologised and later …

No lo recomiendo, no hay relación calidad precio. + Ubicación cerca al zócalo, personal muy amable − La calle donde está ubicado no transmite seguridad, la habitación estuvo literalmente al lado de recepción, no hubo nada de privacidad. El baño de la habitación no está aislado de la habitación. Olor muy fuerte a humedad.

Volvería hoy mismo. + Hotel tranquilo, con clase en antigua vivienda de Puebla. A dos cuadras escasas de cátedral. Personal profesional y amable. Habitación grande y moderna como el baño. Buen desayuno con vistas a las azoteas y cúpulas de las iglesias del centro. Cama cómoda. Aparqué en frente y te ponen ticket parquímetro. Para volver sin dudarlo. − Nada.

Puebla 2 days! + La struttura è molto bella con camere spaziose e tanti comfort! C’è anche una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione. Posizione ottima. Buona colazione continentale, con menù fisso e standard per gli hotel messicani (yogurt con granola, toast con marmellata e caffè); ad un costo extra ci sono altre opzioni. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stato il personale, dalle signore che si occupano della pulizia alla ragazza della reception. Sono state davvero tanto carine con noi e gentilissime, volevamo quindi ringraziarle per essersi prese cura del nostro soggiorno. − Purtroppo la stanza non aveva la finestra e quindi si creava tanta umidità e la notte non era gradevole.

Lovely room, good location, TERRIBLE breakfast! + Pros- • Situated in beautiful heritage building • Large room with an extremely spacious bathroom and exposed brick decor • Cosy communal areas in the courtyard • Clean and comfortable • Located in a central area, so easy to navigate from − Cons- • There is an old, creaky lift that takes you up the floors above-very claustrophobic • Limited English is spoken by the staff on reception • We paid for breakfast during our stay which was taken on the rooftop but consisted of a cold coffee, fruit juice and a bread roll. When we queried this, we were told that is how people ‘breakfast’ in Mexico. So don’t pay for the ‘breakfast’ - it was insulting! • They had a restaurant on the rooftop, but we never saw any evidence of anybody eating there.

Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de check in y se apresuraron a tener nuestras habitaciones listas para poder instalarnos antes de ir a comer. − Podrían ventilar las habitaciones. En la 2 y 10 se percibe un poco el olor a encerrado.

Great stay in center of Puebla. + Good Location in Puebla historic center. Nice and clean rooms Staff very kind and helpful − Breakfast contains some coffee and sweet bread. Any other dishes like scrambled eggs are not included but can be ordered separately.
