Good stay in a good place + Always clean, staff attentive and friendly Rooms are specious and clean My husband got a birthday cake on his birthday there − Breakfast spread is limited

Just satisfactory as they would have cancelled a confirmed booking if I had not called them. + High quality and very good service. − Unfortunately they sent me a message asking me to reconfirm a couple of days earlier when I was travelling without wifi! Threatening to cancel if I don’t reconfirm although I had already booked the room and provided credit card details.

Best hospitality, Best ambience, Best property + Everything… starting from the hospitality.. to the property… to the rooms.. everything. There was some problem with the payment as I don’t stay in India, however they were so understanding and took an alternative payment method for the payment. I really appreciated this gesture. − Nothing .. absolutely nothing

Also, there was continued smell in the room whereas bathroom door notch not working. Room service was delayed sometimes. + Rooms are big but location is on outskirts of Jabalpur.
