Boa estadia + O quarto era moderno , confortável . O resort tem bastante espaço exterior e mesmo com o hotel cheio consegue se estar bem em todo o lado. − Cobram a utilização dos campos de ténis (3) , com um preço até baixo , mas para campos pagos , os mesmo estão em mau estado . Podiam eliminar 1 e fazer um campo de padel.

Resort muito verde e agradável + Adorámos a localização muito perto da praia, os jardins maravilhosos e bem tratados, com árvores altas. Gostámos da diversidade de atividades, da animação, da comida (não fantástica mas ok), das piscinas, de algum staff (embora precisassem de mais pessoas), dos gatos. No geral gostámos da estadia e deu para descansar. − Não gostámos tanto de: não haver chapéus e espreguiçadeiras suficientes na praia; de não terem funcionários suficientes nos bares e por isso faziam-se filas grandes e as mesas não eram limpas; da correria com que nos serviam nos restaurantes temáticos; da falta de limpeza de algumas áreas do resort; de trocarem as toalhas dos quartos todos os dias mesmo quando não as punhamos no chão, logo, não queríamos; de publicitarem que fazem limpeza diária aos quartos mas, esta não se nota, embora façam as camas e troquem as toalhas; o sofá do quarto tinha o tecido muito sujo, o que me repugnou. Ficava aqui até ser velhinha ☺️ + A simpatia dos funcionários. Espaços exteriores muito bonitos com jardins muito bem cuidados. Muito boa localização, pertissimo da praia. Tem um grupo de animadores excecional, que tornam a estadia no resort muito agradável e divertida! Local ótimo para todas as idades, excelente para famílias com crianças. Limpeza do quarto. As refeições do bufete são muito variadas, e bem confecionadas. Dispõe de dois restaurantes muito bons. O bar e animação noturna muito bom também. Passei 6 dias muito bons. Gostava de lá voltar. Recomendo! − As dimensões do quarto, pequeno para duas pessoas. A casa de banho também muito pequena, a varanda pequena e desconfortável por causa do aparelho do ar condicionado. No bar alguns cocktails de fraca qualidade.

The swimming pool, restaurants, and other facilities were also a little outdated, and there were not enough comfortable places to sit and enjoy the evening activities. In fact, we sometimes had to sit on the stairs at the entrance just to watch the shows. It would also be very helpful to have a lift or an automatic stairway/escalator providing easier access to the sea. Having to use around 90 steps every day can be difficult for elderly guests, children, or people with mobility difficulties. Bon séjour mais.. + L'emplacement, les divers restaurants et la disposition des chambres. − Pas assez de transats sur la plage. Je n’ai jamais en avoir un alors que c'était une des raisons qui m'ont fait choisir cet établissement. La voirie est a refaire. Je suis tombée plusieurs fois et yorfu les pieds car les parterres n’etaient pas entretenus. Je me suis cassé la figure en sortant d'un restaurant. Deux jours après le trou était rebouché a la va vite .
