Bastante dececionante. + A vista, que era muito agradável, e a disponibilidade e simpatia das funcionárias da limpeza, que me auxiliaram sempre que necessário. − A experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. A base de duche estava com falta de higiene, apresentando-se bastante suja. O ar condicionado é antigo e fazia imenso barulho, o que prejudicava o descanso. A receção raramente tem alguém presente e, quando é necessário contactar o alojamento, é muito difícil obter resposta, inclusive por telefone. Outro problema significativo foi a emissão da fatura. Solicitei-a através do Booking, por e-mail e por mensagem, sem nunca obter resposta. Voltei a solicitá-la no momento do check-out, tendo-me sido pedido que preenchesse um formulário para requerer a sua emissão. Considero esta situação inadequada, uma vez que a fatura deve ser emitida quando solicitada pelo cliente, não devendo este ter de insistir repetidamente ou apresentar um requerimento para a obter. + Vistas increibles, cómodo y limpio. Lugar muy tranquilo y especial, con un personal muy agradable. No le doy un 10 por lo descrito en negativo − Mucha hormiga por la habitación. Nos dieron un insecticida que eliminó el problema en cierta medida, pero el establecimiento esta literalmente a los pies del Guadiana, por lo que entiendo que es un problema difícil de abordar.
