+ Una de las camas más grandes en las que hemos dormido. Además cómoda. El aire acondicionado no cumplía con su trabajo y era agosto, así que no era divertido. Dormimos con la ventana abierta y como hay una parada de autobús justo abajo todos los que pasaban por allí hablando resonaban en nuestra habitación. Como siempre en España en la cadena B&B el hotel ofrece bebidas calientes y frías 24h. (Veníamos resentidos de Francia donde allí no está ese servicio 😂). Al llegar a nuestra habitación nos encontramos con un olor a tabaco asqueroso y restos de humo en el aire pero al informar en la recepción, se ocuparon rápido del problema y nos cambiaron a otra.

− Nada mas entrar en la habitacion el l aire acondicionado estaba averiado , 30 grados en la habitación, no nos dieron ninguna solución, nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones,les solicitamos el rembolso, y en un principio se negaron, al final de insistir no lo hicieron y tuvimos que irnos por la ciudad a buscar otro Hotel, por cierto el reembolso nos llegó días más tarde, jamás volveré a un hotel de esta cadena, no se puede dejar a unos clientes tirados de esta manera.

on etait fatigué mais ville pas top trop sale + literie impeccable et personnel a l accueil parfait − un bombon collé sur le lampe de chevet pas top , du bruit en exterieur (je sais pas de votre faute ) hotel en travaux j'espere que les finitions des travaux vont etre refaite car c est pas top
