Had er meer van verwacht + Kamers en faciliteiten waren ok. kinder animatie soms goed, soms slecht − Eten en alcoholische dranken waren van een lagere kwaliteit Lift werkte niet voldoende, bij aankomst was maar 1 lift beschikbaar voor heel het hotel. Naar de 8 verdieping met kinderen was soms lang wachten. Kamer kaarten verloren hun informatie soms, wat betekende naar de receptie gaan voor nieuwe kaarten
