Hôtel très propre, très pratique et emplacement parfait dans un beau quartier. + Chambre très propre, service impeccable et personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner inclus c'est très bien avec un enfant. Lit + micro ondes pour notre enfant. Emplacement parfait ! − Chambre un peu petite pour trois personnes et le lit double était en fait constitué de 2 petits matelas.

I wish we could have stayed longer + The staff were the definition of exceptional customer service and clearly cared for the comfort of guests. They carried our heavy luggage, took time to check for vegan breakfast options and name-tagged our luggage so it was safely stored after we checked out until we collected it. There were many vegan breakfast options. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with toiletries, tea, coffee, a fridge, TV, microwave and kettle. It was nicely decorated , quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. I hope to stay there again. − Nothing

A comfortable & convenient stay in London at a great price + Convenience to train/tube transport. Small but comfortable room tho the bathroom was a little ‘bejou’ . Great mattress so a good nights sleep. Good breakfast. − Not a dislike but room for improvement Breakfast room had too many chairs so difficult to navigate when busy.

Hospitality with grace. + The hosts are kind, friendly, remember who you are, your room number, ask about your day, provide assistance with grace. The property is very close to Paddington station.

+ Es la segunda vez que me alojo precisamente porque me encanta la ubicación, hay transporte de todo tipo cerca, restaurantes y parques. El hotel en sí es cómodo, agradable y limpio. El personal es amabilísimo. Ofrece desayuno buffet.

Aanrader, volledig ingerichte kamer, goede locatie en goed ontbijt. + Geweldige locatie; rustig en praktisch als van van Heathrow komt en naar Wembley stadium moet. − Badkamer is echt heel klein en bed is 1.40 breed, niet super comfortabel voor twee vriendinnen, maar zou toch weer boeken de volgende keer als ik met m’n man naar London ga.

Amazing hotel in a good location + The bedroom was a good size for a couple plus a cot bed for the baby. Bathroom super clean. The mattress was very good for the back. Kettle, microwave was provided for the baby. Enough wardrobe space to unpack. The room was beautiful decorated and the tv a good addition to relax. No AC but the fan was amazing!! Super close to Paddington station and some coffee and restaurants.. − I did like the breakfast but it can improve much more with some variety and more ingredients/options. But it was fresh and delicious.

Tudo muito apertado + Localização − Falta elevador. Ficamos no último andar e as escadas são estreitas e íngremes. Não dá pra subir nem as malas de mão direito. Café da manhã com poucas mesas para número de hóspedes

Gute Laga, Zimmer und Ausstattung naja + Sehr kleines Hotel, die Zimmer auch. Wir waren in Nummer 9, naja. Aber umfallen konnte man nicht. Die Lage ist aber super, nur Minuten von Paddington Station und Tube entfernt. Preis hätte für die Zimmer weniger sein können
