nice and clean, staff friendly and food very good. + Room was spacious with nice view over the lake. Evening meal was great, plus the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. − Bed was a bit hard and light over the bed didn't work (room 131) no extra blanket in wardrobe. Bathroom decor a bit dated and not enough light.

Avoid + Evening meal eas simply shocking. We didnt receive the food expected. They hsd ran out of some items. The service itself was very bad. Breakfast was good. − Bar service and the food service at the evening meal. We were knocked up at night saying the fire alarm ead going off. Really was like 40 Towers

Hot and noisy + We enjoyed the restaurant and bar. We spent two nights. One night in a ground floor room by the lake which was quite nice. The second night was on the first floor on the road side..... The room was red hot and the ceiling fan was broken. The staff gave us a fan but you had to keep the window open to try and stay cool, but the road traffic noise was so loud it made sleeping impossible. − See above
