周囲の緑と滝がよい。湯本駅からは距離がある。 + 須雲川の斜面に立つ大旅館。モダンな建築で使い勝手を考えた作り。玄関＝フロントは７Ｆ、風呂は１Ｆ。レストランは明るい８Ｆ。緑の山と滝（堰）を落ちる流れの見える景色も水音もよい。 リフォームされたらしく内装は新しい。建物自体は古いが建設当時はたぶん豪華仕様。湯本駅からは送迎バス利用。箱根新道の須雲川出口のすぐそばなので、車の方が便利。 駐車場はバレーパーキング。フロントも宴会係も大変気持ちのよい対応。 A good Japanese-style hotel is suitable for the family who travels by car, in front of a river, a small dam and waterfall is seen and heard. the parking is valet service. They have a good hot spring bath with clear water. It's a little far from HAKONE YUMOTO station. You should use a shuttle bus.

A traditional Japanese hotel with tatami mats and futons + The Hotel is a traditional Japanese hotel with tatami mats and futons. Be prepared for the experience of sleeping on a futon on the floor. The bathroom includes a traditional Japanese set up for washing before soaking in a tub. The hotel also has public onsuns for those brave enough to go bare in company. Breakfast was both Japanese and European and provided good variety.

Wonderfully Comfortable Traditional Ryokan Guesthouse/Hotel + My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a small group. From a westerner's point of view one may call this "a unique style of accommodation" with tatami mat floors and authentic cuisine and futon bedding. We are aged 69 and 70 and found the accommodation and bedding very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely. No shoes on the tatami matting.ie indoors. Slippers ans socks are provided for moving around the guesthouse. Hot spring baths are available, both indoor and outdoor, and house kimonos were provided and changed daily. Japanese food is served which was of the highest quality. There is a shower/bath adjoining each room, but this is quite exposed to the elements and when we were there it was quite cold and uninviting so the shower and hot spring baths were the way to go. The location overlooks a river and waterfall (NB not all rooms) and was very quiet. The guesthouse is some distance from the neares…

bijzonder leuke ervaring. + Het was een bijzondere ervaring in deze ryokan! Echt Japans, heel leuk. Iedereen loopt in een kimono, het is een echt Japanse kamer met matrasjes. Leuk om de onsen mee te maken. En een fantastisch Japans diner! Echt heerlijk en ook het ontbijt was fantastisch! − Het is wat verder weg van het dorp. De hotelbusje rijdt alleen in de ochtend of in de middag. Daartussen moet je maar een uber regelen.

ごはんと温泉が期待以上でした。最高でした。 + 1泊2日 1日目夕食 2日朝食 でした。ご飯は魚も肉も出てきて苦手なものが多い人でも 満足できるなと思います カラオケも使わせて頂きましたが、かなり綺麗で性能良くて楽しかったです − 部屋の内装が普通。 汚いとかはないのですが、写真と見比べると期待しすぎてしまったかなという感じです。

Perfect one-night stay with a superb dinner and relaxing hot spring experience + Great for a one-night stay in Hakone after doing the Hakone loop. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the dinner was excellent. The private bath in the room was ideal as a relaxing way to enjoy the experience.

今度は家内を連れてきます。 + スタッフのマナーが大変良かったし、全てに注意が行き届いていた。 送迎の運転手の方にも、もてなしの心が感じられた。施設も大事だが、やはり人だと思った − もう少し、食事の質が上がったらと思う。
