I will not return as using location to rip off customers. They have more students in lobby studying than paying customer + Workers were very nice − Rip off

Perfect location! Hospitality driven property! + Perfect location & extremely friendly & helpful staff! Especially Justin who helped me several times! − AC is a little hard to figure out but it worked well once I got it adjusted!

We highly recommend The Graduate hotel!! + It was so cool to be close to campus and within walking distance of cafes and shops, etc. The neighborhood was clean and quiet but fun. and the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. − N/a

Great hotel! + Came for my daughter's orientation- great value during the week. Tried to stay again for move in but the price was outrageous so we opted for a more budget friendly hotel! The staff was great, restaurant on rooftop was amazing. It has a great location, very clean and loved the esthetics!!

Great stay! + I had a great stay at the Graduate when visiting Oxford! Hotel is in a great location and stay was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant! I would definitely stay here when visiting Oxford especially if you want to visit downtown!

Nice hotel, poor service from some staff + I will start by stating that the hotel itself is decent, clean and in a great town that is very picturesque. However, when we went down to breakfast, despite our booking coming with breakfast included, we were told by the lady serving that our room number was not occupied and nobody was in that room and they could not find my name on the system so we would have to pay for breakfast. I went all the way back to my room to check that I was not losing my mind and that we were definitely in there and using it. I went to reception, and spoke to Justin who informed me that we had not been checked in correctly the day before by his colleague, despite paying and being issued with room keys. The only saving grace was Justin agreeing to refund the breakfast cost and then authorising a full refund of the room cost as he could clearly see our frustration and disappointment. Mistakes happen but my real issue was the attitude of the person who served us at …

Marginal at best. + Convenient location − Hilton attempted to charge me for parking in their lot with the excuse that another company was purchasing all the lots in the area. Toilet required you to hold the handle to flush, waited 45 minutes for breakfast, common restrooms were dirty. Decor is trailer park chic. Bathroom in room was dirty in corners and where floor met walls.
