Fantastic Family Vacation + This was our third stay at The Resort at Longboat Key Club with our family, and it seems to get better each time. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was exceptional. The customer service was fantastic, our room was always clean. It's easy to get chairs at the pool or at the beach. The food & drinks are really good. 5 star family vacation!

35 Years of our family vacations at The Resort at Longboat Key + This was our 35th year coming to the Resort at Longboat Key for a family vacation and we are never disappointed. The rooms and facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year.

LKC Experience + Our family has been coming to LKC every 4th of July for the last several years. And one of the main reasons we come back is the staff. Especially Jason, Sam, Colby, and Austin.Sanders. They make you feel like family and they always deliver a personalized experience. Happy 250th!

HIGHLY Recommend 11/10 Resort + Our stay has been absolutely amazing! Great resort, great food, and especially great staff, specifically Paula and Michael. They have both gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were both very friendly and super nice to talk to during our stay. They always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. I would also like to mention that every person that has brought us room service has also been super pleasant. We do not have a single complaint about this resort. The location and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back! It will be a memorable honeymoon for sure :)

Beautiful relaxing place for a weekend getaway + This resort is tucked in a nice peaceful and quiet area, it’s pretty much like a private beach. Very safe and secure. Everything about this place is top notch, including the staff who are so pleasant and accommodating. Food was good. Brie’s from the room were awesome. Cant get a better place for a weekend get away.

Wonderful Stay + My husband and I had an exceptional stay at this resort. The resort is beautiful with a gorgeous beach. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member from front desk to beach attendants were warm and very attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room, 3605, was very spacious and spotless. With stunning Gulf views. Nice amenities overall. The food at Latitudes and beach service was delicious. The resort is not a cheap but it doesn’t rip you off either. A special Thanks for making my birthday so memorable. I was surprised when I was surprised with balloons, a bottle of Prosecco and some goodies in our room, this added an extra special touch to our stay. , We highly recommend The Resort at Longboat Key and can’t wait to return.

Disappointed experience + ⭐☆☆☆☆ We are extremely disappointed with our experience at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. We are a party of three and booked a one-bedroom suite at approximately $800 per night, expecting the level of service that a luxury resort should provide. To our surprise, the beach service includes only two lounge chairs, even though our reservation is for three registered guests. If the third guest wants a chair, there is an additional daily charge. Even more surprising, umbrellas are not included and must also be rented separately. When we brought this issue to the front desk, we expected at least an attempt to find a reasonable solution. Instead, the response was dismissive. The manager simply told us that the beach concession was “not their problem” and made no effort to assist or advocate for hotel guests. At this price point, charging extra for basic beach amenities for a registered guest is already disappointing. What is truly unacceptable is the complete…

Relax and enjoy the Resort at Longboat Key + Great resort for golf, tennis and relaxing. Confortable and clean rooms, attentive staff and conveniently located closed to St Armand Circle. Shuttle service to all amenities in the club and the circle. When booking asks questions about open restaurants and buffets as not to be surprised once at the resort.

July Relaxation! + 2026 was a stressful year for my wife and me. We were looking for the “resort experience” as opposed to a vacation running to see one thing or another. The LBK Club delivered in spades. First class amenities, experienced, well trained staff that met our every need, and perfect facilities. Sarasota does offer lots to do. We ventured out to paddle in the mangroves, visit the aquarium, and walk Armond Circle. We are looking to make our reservation for next year now!

A new family tradition + What a special place. We have friends who go every year and now I understand. We went with our 6 year old and two sets of grandparents in a two bedroom and one bedroom suite. The rooms are so spacious and perfect for families. The beach is great for little ones, calm and clear. This is a place you come to truly relax. The staff go above and beyond to make that happen. Our little girl asked to be part of the review, so here is her take “that was like a million on a scale of 1 to 10 for vacations.” We love to travel far and wide, but we have decided this is the one resort that will be a family tradition.

Love this hotel + My family and I have been coming to LBK Club for the past 35 years, and it’s our favorite place. The rooms are fantastic, clean and spacious. The staff are incredible, especially the pool & beach servers. And the views from the rooms can’t be beat. Our year would not be complete without our trip to LBK!

Enjoyed our stay + Enjoyed the stay. I will say there was no shortage of staff. All the staff very helpful with wonderful attitudes! The beach was wonderful! Pool area clean. The pool water was warm and the hot tub not hot enough! Plenty of pool and beach chairs. Grounds are beautiful. Food on sight very good! Certainly will come again!

Pretty good, not perfect + Staff very friendly and attentive, facility very clean, food is very good. A request we made when we booked trip was not included in reservation notes so we didn't get room location we wanted, ended up with a ground floor pool view instead of mid-level Gulf view we wanted. There are many areas inside where there is no mobile calling, zero bars. Staff said it's a common issue regardless of carrier. Hopefully Management will see about adding mobile phone boosters.
